Our hotel is located very quietly directly on the hotel's own 9-hole golf course.

The unique panorama with a view of the "Zahmen Kaiser" - a striking mountain massif and in the foreground the largest high moor in Austria, the Schwemm - impresses every nature lover.
Our double rooms and suites are all very quiet, comfortable and generously furnished. As a small gift, a flower as well as daily fresh fruit adorns our beautiful rooms.A sauna room with Finnish and steam sauna, a panorama sauna with direct - view protected entrance to the bathing pond and an infrared fit and health cabin are available for the guests. As well as a relaxation room and a very cozy tea kitchen.Our beautiful natural bathing pond connects the main house with the country house.

The country house is a former farmhouse that is over 200 years old.

To the golf course:
The quiet location is very much appreciated by our golfers. The motto of the club: "Just come and play"! Starting time reservations are not necessary (except for tournament days), however, course maturity is a prerequisite. The cozy club restaurant does not have a day off, and the beautiful sun terrace is a great place to relax after a day of golf. Every nature-loving golfer will discover the daily changing natural colors of the alluvial plain and will surely be impressed by it. The beautiful natural swimming pond, which connects the country house and the main house, offers refreshment between rounds of golf.

From 2 nights golf at GC Walchsee Moarhof is included free of charge. Our hotel guests get on the green fee at the Kaiserwinkl Golf Kössen and Golf & Countryclub Lärchenhof - 50%.

Within a short drive you can reach many beautiful golf courses.To the restaurant:Our restaurant cooks continuously and spoils our hotel guests with half board a'la carte - free menu selection from the menu.

You can choose from many local dishes, international cuisine and especially Italian dishes as well as pizza from the original beech wood pizza oven.Chef is our son Johannes, who is widely known for his excellent cuisine.You can also go hiking or golfing. We also offer golf courses to learn this beautiful sport or to improve the existing skills. The golf school is run by our son Leonhard, a PGA certified golf instructor, who is always happy to give advice on golf problems.

The boss of the house, Leonhard senior, takes care of the golf course and my daughter Alexandra and I look after our golf and hotel guests.

Munich, Innsbruck or Salzburg are 1 hour's drive away from us - we are very centrally located.
