Do you know the 10,000 hour rule?

Born in 1962 and brought up by my great-grandmother and raised by you, I grew up with a lot of "old" wisdom. Now, many years later, I realise that many of these simple and clear wisdoms have a kernel of truth. You probably also know the saying: "Practice makes perfect"! In principle, this phrase means that we only need to practise enough to achieve whatever goal we set ourselves in life. But we need to differentiate here. Do you know the 10,000 hour rule? In principle, the 10,000-hour rule states that it takes at least 10,000 hours of practice to become an expert in a particular field.
