Since last spring, Erich Polz Jr. has been running the business with a crystal-clear vision: to channel all the fabulous potential and valuable expertise embedded in his family’s long history and winemaking tradition into a fruitful, thriving future. A future for many more generations on the estate. And a delightful future for all the friends of our wines around the world.

For many years now – and even more so in the future – we have placed a strong emphasis on the sustainability of our work. Whether it be the gentle pruning practised for over a decade, the complete avoidance of insecticides and glyphosate, or the transition of our vineyards to organic viticulture, which is already underway.
