We are delighted to announce the winners of this year's Golf Hotel and Golf Club of the Year awards! With over 1,200 votes cast, golf travellers and guests of our member hotels have chosen their favourites and thus decided an exciting competition.

Golf hotel of the year 2024: Hotel Gut Brandlhof

Hotel Gut Brandlhof secured the title of "Golf Hotel of the Year" with an impressive 630 votes. This outstanding hotel has been a member of Golf in Austria for 31 years and offers its guests a unique golfing experience. The hotel's own golf course, continuous investment in infrastructure and excellent hospitality make it one of the best golf hotels in SalzburgerLand. We would like to congratulate Director Thomas Bauer's team on this well-deserved success!

Other nominated hotels were:
-Landhotel Schermer in Westendorf - a popular destination for golf groups and individual travellers, which impresses with its personal hospitality.
-Panoramahotel Inntalerhof in Mösern near Seefeld - a long-standing partner of Golf in Austria, which is a permanent fixture on golf holidays in Austria thanks to its tireless commitment.


Golf club of the year 2024: Leading Golf Course Schladming Dachstein

Our guests and members also voted diligently in the "Golf Club of the Year" category. The choice fell on the Leading Golf Course Schladming Dachstein, one of the top golf courses in Austria. Under the management of Franz Wittmann, this golf course not only offers a breathtaking backdrop, but also the highest standards that make every golfer's heart beat faster. Congratulations on this great success!

Rising star of the year 2024: Imlauer Schloss Pichlarn golf resort

The IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn and the associated Golf & Country Club were honoured as Rising Star of the Year, which was accepted by Edith Rainer. The 52-year-old golf club, known for its tradition and unique location at the foot of the Grimming, boasts a comprehensively redesigned golf course. Around 2 million euros were invested in a redesign, which now offers a new golfing experience with state-of-the-art facilities. Congratulations on this success!
