Today we are the 4th generation of the Polz family to work every day to bring our idea of excellence into the glass. With our hands. With our soils. With nature.
Erich Polz Jr. has been running the business since spring last year with the crystal-clear vision of guiding all the fabulous potential and valuable expertise inherent in his family's long history and winemaking tradition into a fruitful, healthy future. A future for many more generations on the farm. And a delicious future for all the friends of our wines around the world.

For many years now, we have focussed on the sustainability of our work - and will do so even more intensively in the future. Be it the gentle pruning of vines that has been practised for over a decade, the complete renunciation of insecticides and glyphosates or the conversion of our vineyards to organic cultivation, which is already being implemented.
