Golf VORARLBERG – Terms of Use
to receive the Golf VORARLBERG Card
Concluded between
- the following five Vorarlberg golf clubs: Montfort-Rankweil Golf Club, Bludenz-Braz Golf Club, Brand Golf Club and Lech Golf Club as sponsoring clubs, with Montafon Golf Club acting as the handicap-administering club, and
- the holder of the Golf VORARLBERG Card.
Golf VORARLBERG offers casual golfers an attractive membership which, in addition to the opportunity to get to know the five Vorarlberg golf courses (see point 1), also provides a cost-effective way to join the Vorarlberg golfing community.
To this end, the contracting parties hereby enter into this terms of use agreement with the following provisions:
- The member has not held membership of any of the five listed Vorarlberg golf clubs in the last 3 years.
- This membership is limited to one golf season at a time, with the option to cancel in writing by 31 October. Unless notice of termination is given, membership is automatically renewed for a further golf season.
- The Montafon Golf Club has been commissioned by the sponsoring associations to administer this membership. Consequently, the member receives an internationally recognised ÖGV card from the Montafon Golf Club bearing the additional text ‘Vorarlberg-Card’ and is an associate member (without voting or playing rights) of the Montafon Golf Club, including handicap management.
- As a concurrent member of the Vorarlberg Golf Association, participation in the individual provincial championship is possible
- as part of this membership, the member receives the Golf VORARLBERG Card per golf season. This is valid at the five listed Vorarlberg golf courses and includes one 18-hole green fee at each course, as well as a 20 per cent discount on further green fees. Redemption is subject to presentation of the personalised membership card and is valid only during the respective golf season. Redemption in the following season is not permitted.
