A golf course, nestled in a proud natural setting, and a hotel, cleverly placed on a hill, invite guests to enjoy and challenge themselves at the same time. The golf club has a proud history as the host of many major national and international tournaments. Among them was the one in 1985, when the then reigning Masters champion Bernhard Langer shot 66 to set a course record that remained unmatched for more than 25 years. During an extensive redesign of the golf course at IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn, around 2 million euros were invested in improving the course.
