The first golf course in the Zillertal offers completely new challenges for the individual golf game - elegance, exclusivity and a dreamlike view of the Zillertal mountains. Each hole is characterised by a special feature: Hole 9, for example, has an island green, and on Hole 14 (par 3) a diamond is at stake: Anyone who scores a hole in one there in a tournament or a competition with a pro receives a gift of a single-carat diamond from the golf club, sponsored by alpinadiamonds gmbh.

A golf architectural gem
Whoever enters the course for the first time is impressed by how predestined the widest side valley south of the Inn is for a golf course. During construction, nature was treated with care, the fairways were gently integrated into the given landscape and large parts were left completely original as "roughs". The flat, slightly hilly golf course extends over 65 hectares with fruit groves, beautiful pond landscapes, many bunkers, well-kept fairways and moving greens. In addition to the scenic features, golfers consistently congratulate the structural facilities, which are characterised by contemporary architecture, straight lines and clear contours, and traditional local building materials such as wood.

The generously dimensioned driving range with covered tees and the Zillertal golf school are already open in spring. Also the short game area with putting, pitching and chipping green including sand bunker as well as the golf shop. Since 2019, golfers can expect 3 new, beautiful short game holes (PAR 3). The location of the GC Zillertal - Uderns at 550 metres above sea level and the climatic conditions make a playing season from March to November possible. Top hotels are not far away and pack the passion for the new, alpine golf experience into attractive offers. Since December 2014, the new Sportresidenz Zillertal ****s, an exclusive boutique hotel with 4-star superior standard, has opened directly at the golf course. It not only houses the golf club, but also the "Genusswerkstatt" restaurant - a gourmet workshop at toque level with a lounge area and space for events and seminars.

Since 2019, golfers can enjoy three new, beautifulshort game courses (PAR 3), and since 2025, a newly installed Trackman DrivingRange System for perfect analysis of golf shots for every skill level,including a feedback and data-driven experience that makes practicing feel likea game.
