ÖMMS MidAM 2024 at the GC Lengenfeld

The Austrian Mid-Amateur Team Championships were held at GC Lengenfeld from Friday to Sunday.
24 teams from all over Austria visited our region and took part in many leisure activities in addition to the sport.
In very good weather and course conditions, the divisions 4C and 4D as well as 5ABCD were played in round robin mode (everyone against everyone) in six groups of four for promotion and relegation.

Group 4C, in which the Lengenfeld MidAmateurs also played, was a clear-cut affair.
On the first day, they were able to celebrate a surprising 4:1 victory against the favourites from GC Urslautal and thus secured their place in the group on the very first day.
The other two opponents in the group, Innsbruck Igls and Rankweil, were unbeatable, so the hosts finished in third place.
