Wine autumn at GC Lengenfeld

Renamed the Wine Summer by the participants this year, the autumn wine tasting tournament took place at Lengenfeld Golf Club in glorious sunshine and almost 30°. Well over 100 pleasure golfers met for the largest wine tasting during a sociable 2-person Texas scramble. 18 local winegrowers presented their wine and brandy specialities on the 18 holes of the Kamptal course.

"A really hot tournament" was the conclusion of the winning duo Philipp Dasser/Alexander Wabnitz, who won this year's gross ranking with 41 points. The net winners Chris Wagner and Moritz Gast were also delighted with the playing conditions, the excellent support from the winegrowers and the valuable wine prizes at the award ceremony in the GASThouse.

After the traditional farmer's feast for dinner, the winners received their well-deserved applause and enjoyed a cosy end to the balmy summer evening.
