Rule 25 NEW Changes for players with disabilities

The introduction of the new Rule 25 means that the changes in this rule apply to all tournaments, including all forms of play.

Previously, it was sometimes overlooked to allow affected players to make the necessary adjustments due to ignorance of the corresponding adjustments to the rules for players with disabilities. Now these apply automatically in the respective category, provided that a player can prove his status as a player with a disability to the match organisers.
