Course Management - Routine on the tee!
Sure, technique is essential & of course it makes sense to hone your technique. But you have to realise that your body has stored a certain automatic routine.
If the automatic system is programmed to slice, it takes a lot of patience and perseverance to teach the brain a new routine. This requires a lot of practice. And if you only concentrate on technique with every shot, technical thoughts could block you in the worst case.
If you just want to play golf more consistently and have fun on the round, then relax! Incidentally, this works best if you don't want to set a new length record with every shot! You can avoid extreme trajectories with a half or three-quarter swing. But more on this in the next videos!
Knowing your own technique is the basis. Knowing your weaknesses is a strength.
