When asked what his philosophy is, he says: "I consider it a privilege to be able to work with people and have done so my whole life."
He is the golf coach of numerous playing pros and has coached players to national and international success. He has led the St. Leon-Rot Golf Club to the German Championship six times in a row.
His focus is on individuality and he tries to pick up the person where they stand. It is important to him to find that certain something for everyone that makes them better. He loves working with all people, regardless of their handicap.
