Tip 1- Part 2: Warming up & hitting balls

Why do most golfers think hitting balls is a good warm-up? Honestly, I have no idea. I know a lot of golfers who take painkillers before every round. Hopefully you won't be one of them one day!

In almost every other sport, there is an awareness that the body needs to be prepared for the upcoming movements. A targeted warm-up programme will improve your flexibility. This protects tendons and ligaments and is also very beneficial for the muscles. As a golfer, you will not only prevent injuries but also hit your balls further and more consistently. The repeatability of the swing in particular is a major challenge for every amateur golfer. Hitting a few balls is simply not enough.
