In almost every other sport, there is an awareness that the body needs to be prepared for the upcoming movements. A targeted warm-up programme will improve your flexibility. This protects tendons and ligaments and is also very beneficial for the muscles.

Why shouldn't you just hit balls directly? Players who can hit very far generate enormous body tension in the backswing. This generates power. At the same time, a high level of flexibility is required. The torso and back play a central role in this. Do you have the strength and flexibility to use them accordingly? Probably not.

But how are you going to build up both if you spend half your day in the office? The exercises presented here are at least a first step. And they only take a few minutes! I promise!
