How should I move my pelvis in the swing?
A pelvis that pushes forwards is a common faulty movement in the golf swing. The reason for this is that it costs energy and prevents you from hitting the ball powerfully. Players who push their pelvis forwards have the feeling that they are actively turning in the backswing. The result is not only a poor turn, but also more swinging out of the arms. This results in the famous overswing.

You can do a very good pelvic rotation exercise at home using a broomstick or your driver.
The aim is not to forcefully achieve a 45-degree turn, but to turn as far as you can effortlessly. As a coach, I take great care not to overtax anyone. So please make sure you don't overdo it.
With a clean twist - no matter how far - you protect your spine.
