Flooding of a penalty area - temporary water - yes or no.

Due to the heavy rainfall, the water hazard (pond) is flooded, i.e. beyond the red boundary posts. The ball now comes to rest in the flooded water, but outside the red boundary posts. Is it possible to claim relief without penalty? Thank you for your information.

Yes, the penalty area, which is delimited and marked by the red posts, is flooded. Therefore, the player is entitled to penalty-free relief as the ball came to rest in the temporary water.
