Will I get relief from these wooden planks in the bunker yes or no?

Answer:
Basically, these wooden planks are an immovable obstruction according to rule 16.1, so you would also get a free drop in the bunker. However, you do not have to determine the nearest point in the bunker to the hole where this obstruction by the wooden planks no longer exists.

However, a competition organiser could also declare such obstructions as an "integral part" of the course in the course rules, but this must be specifically written in the course rules.
