On your golfing holiday, you can choose between completely flat courses, gently undulating courses and courses that are physically demanding or best played using a golf trolley. A golfing holiday in Austria has its climatic advantages: In spring, we combine skiing with golf; in summer, we recommend the golf courses by the lakes or the cooler courses in the mountains. It is only in the last few years that we have realised the true value of Austria’s abundance of water. Indian Summer Golf

No, no!

We’re not going to get philosophical here about the differences between men’s and women’s golf. Our aim is to recommend our favourite golfing season to you. In September and October, it’s still very often possible to play a round of golf in short sleeves, and the golf courses look their very best. Early in the morning during Indian summer, it’s not just cobwebs with picturesque dewdrops that catch the eye; the fairways, too, glisten poetically in the sunlight. And the chefs at the golf hotels are falling over themselves to serve up culinary highlights sourced from the surrounding fields and woods.
