Hans Kienesberger started playing golf in 1988, ÖGV Referee Examination 1998, 2000 he became a member of the ÖGV Championship Committee, 2005 R&A Referee Examination in St. Andrews Result 80%, ÖGV Tournament Director and also assignments on the European Tour - e.g. Referee in St. Andrews "Dunhill Links" by invitation of the European Tour.

Anyone who says we don't take the rules of golf too seriously, we're not playing "The Open", is playing a ball game, but certainly not golf.

Basically, golf is about the "spirit of the game"
